must be tackled at the local level. This means that our efforts need
to include attending meetings with various community or social planning
organizations and city councils. "The Delphi Technique"
is successfully being employed by their facilitators at these meetings
around the country to further the appearance of consensus and to bolster
the illusion that public input is actually being acknowledged. It
is highly recommended that the following three videos be viewed prior
to attending any A21/Sustainable Development related meeting. Awareness
